Immunogen/Epitope

directed against residues 41-49 (RRSLGHPEP) of PS-1

Specificity

recognizes full length PS-1 and the ~28 kDa amino-terminal fragment produced by in vivo proteolysis in L cells overexpressing PS1, but not proteins in mouse L cells overexpressing human PS2. NT1 recognized multiple bands migrating between 28 kDa and 35 kDa from human prefrontal cortex
