Thomas Fath is an Associate Professor in the School of Medical Sciences, University of New South Wales (UNSW, Sydney, Australia). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Heidelberg (Germany) and carried out postdoctoral training at the Scripps Research Institute (La Jolla, California, U.S.A.) and the Children’s Hospital at Westmead (Sydney, Australia). He then established his own group at UNSW Australia, focusing on the functional role of the neuronal cytoskeleton in disease and repair after nerve injury
