UCSF is now inviting applications for a postdoctoral fellow position at its Memory and Aging Center, in the lab of David Perry. The lab’s NIH-funded studies seek to improve predictive accuracy for the clinical diagnosis, prognosis, and pathological etiology of neurodegenerative diseases, including frontotemporal dementia. Its researcher utilize behavioral and neuropsychological measures, structural and functional neuroimaging, and genetic data in multivariate classification algorithms.

The UCSF Memory and Aging Center is part of the Department of Neurology and Weill Institute for Neurosciences. It has an extensive research infrastructure, with more than 250 full-time research faculty and staff.


The postdoctoral fellow will have the opportunity to participate in our innovative, interdisciplinary research environment. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in neuroscience or a related field. We are looking for candidates who have neuroimaging experience and strong statistical training and communication skills. Programming experience is also preferred but not required.
