The postdoctoral researcher will study how the BBB is affected in Alzheimer's disease using in vivo and in vitro modelling approaches involving iPS cells and nanotechnology. He or she will set up an innovative screening platform to develop clinically relevant nanobodies that can be used as Trojan horses to shuttle therapeutics over the BBB.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, neurosciences, or a related field; an understanding of BBB biology; and experience in cell biology and molecular biology.
