An exciting scientific programme is being prepared in the spirit of previous Brain and BrainPET meetings. It will include keynote lectures by leading scientists in the field, focussed symposia aimed to encourage update and discussion of the most important topics in 2005. Sessions for open contributions, organised to maximise interaction, with either platform or poster presentation will of course be the core of the meeting. Posters will be exhibited throughout the whole conference. Bursaries will be available for scientist aged 35 and under and the presentation of the Lassen Award, open to young investigators, will be made at this meeting. The symposium timetable will also provide ample opportunity to meet and talk with your colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, an attractive social and excursion programme will be organised for delegates and accompanying persons.
