Specificity

Antibody #9212 detects endogenous levels of p38 MAP kinase only when dually phosphorylated at Thr180/Tyr182. Does not cross-react with phosphorylated forms of p42/44 MAPK or SAPK/JNK. Antibody #9212 detects endogenous levels of total p38 MAP kinase. Does not cross-react with p42/44 MAPK or SAPK/JNK.
