Immunogen/Epitope

immunogen = recombinant native and denatured α7 subunit (amino acids 380-400, binds α-bungarotoxin) of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor from chicken and the denatured α7 subunit from rat

Specificity

binds to denatured chick α7 subunit of AchR and to denatured rat and human α7, but not well to native mammalian α7
