Specificity

recognizes APP, C-terminal, intracellular doman. The polyclonal cAPP antibody 36BO can be used for detecting full length APP and large C-terminal APP fragments, while the monoclonal Jonas-mAb should be a useful tool for the study of APP processing in apoptotic neuronal cells and in brain extracts
