Job Title: Neurologist
Employer: Wake Forest School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Description: We are seeking an exceptional Neurologist to participate in the development of a new interdisciplinary Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center.

Wake Forest School of Medicine is ranked among the best in the areas of aging, neuroscience, and public health sciences. We are located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, an area known for high quality of life and low cost of living.

Requirements: This is a faculty opportunity at the Assistant or Associate level with the ideal candidate possessing the following qualifications:
  • MD/DO
  • Board Certified in Neurology
  • North Carolina medical licensure or eligible
  • Rank commensurate with credentials and experience

In addition, the model candidate will have a history of external funding in an area of relevance to Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). Areas of synergy include neuroimaging, biomarker development, AD/vascular and metabolic interactions, and bioenergetics using human or animal models.
