Transgene: The cDNA's coding for C-terminally HA-tagged bovine ADAM10 (a disintegrin
and metalloproteinase) were cloned under control of a neuron-specific mouse thy1
promoter. The minigenes were microinjected into pronuclear embryos from superovulated
FVB/N females.
