Phenotype

Neuropathological Analysis:

Lowest level of brain and plasma Aβ40 and Aβ42 compared to B6-R1.40 and 129S1-R1.40. No Aβ deposits observed in homozygous mice at 13.5 months up to 20 months. Cross breeding with B6-R1.40 mice produced Aβ deposits thus indicating genetic dominance of B6 alleles over D2 alleles
