Transgene: YAC containing entire 300 kb human APP gene with Swedish (K670N/M671L) and London(V717I) mutation introduced into J1 ES cells/founder line J1.96

Published/distributed Background C57BL/6J;
Generation: N12+F2 (30-Apr-08)

Phenotype

Neuropathological Analysis:

High levels of Aβ peptides are detected in the brains of YAC transgenic mice expressing human APPK670N/M671L and APPV717I. Moreover, the levels of Aβ total and 42/43 are elevated in these YAC Tg expressing human APPV717I.
