Phenotype

Neuropathological Analysis:

When compared to B6-R1.40 and D2-R1.40 mice, the 129S1-R1.40 mice had lower amounts of APP CTFs, intermediate levels of brain and plasma Aβ40 and Aβ42 and equivalent levels of holo-APP.
