Comments Lars Bertram University of Lübeck Posted: 02 Feb 2006 From the AlzGene team: There are a total of four differences between the data published in this paper and the according AlzGene entries: 1. for MTHFR the correct SNP is rs1801133 rather than rs4866 2. for PSEN1 the correct SNP is rs1800839 rather than rs165932 3. rs10518 maps to SRP72 (chr. 4) rather than CAMK2G (chr. 10) 4. rs855465 maps to PTENP1 (chr. 9) rather than PTEN (chr. 10) Thanks to Dr. Jonathan Prince for pointing our these errors and supplying the genotype data for meta-analysis! There are a total of four differences between the data published in this paper and the according AlzGene entries:
1. for MTHFR the correct SNP is rs1801133 rather than rs4866
2. for PSEN1 the correct SNP is rs1800839 rather than rs165932
3. rs10518 maps to SRP72 (chr. 4) rather than CAMK2G (chr. 10)
4. rs855465 maps to PTENP1 (chr. 9) rather than PTEN (chr. 10)
