REAGENTS/MATERIAL:
Antibodies used: The anti-CD14 MY4 monocytes (322A-1) was from Beckman Coulter. Function blocking antibodies to TLR4 (HTA-125), TLR2 (T2.5), CD47 (B6H12), and isotype control antibodies (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b) were from eBioscience. The monoclonal anti-CD36 (FA6-152) was from Abcam. Antibodies detecting phospho-Src, and phospho-p38, were from Cell Signaling Technology. Monoclonal anti-phospho-tyrosine (4G10) and anti-Rac were from Upstate Biotechnologies. Anti-Phospho-IκBα, anti-c-Src, anti-Vav, anti-p38, and anti-actin were from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, and monoclonal anti-flotillin was from BD Transduction Laboratories.
