	This paper describes a new staging system for all Lewy body disorders and has been badly needed as the two prior major staging systems have failed to classify 40-60 percent of cases. The major differences from prior staging methods are that the rules for classification are more flexible, allowing either brainstem or limbic stages to take precedence with respect to the other, and by having an olfactory bulb-only stage as a new addition.
