  I recommend this paper

This is a very good summary of the neuropathologic features associated with cases of autosomal-dominant Alzheimer disease. Findings on the relationship of specific genetic mutations to neuropathologic features of AD provide some insight into the possible pathogenic mechanisms involved in common sporadic AD.
