REAGENTS/MATERIAL:
Aβ1-42 , t-tau, and p-tau181p were measured in each of the 416 CSF ADNI baseline aliquots using the multiplex xMAP Luminex platform (Luminex Corp, Austin, TX) with INNO-BIA AlzBio3 (Innogenetics, Ghent, Belgium) immunoassay kit–based reagents. In brief, Innogenetics kit reagents included well-characterized capture monoclonal mouse antibodies specific for Aβ1-42 (4D7A3), t-tau (AT120), and p-tau Thr181 (AT270), each chemically bonded to unique sets of color-coded beads, and analyte-specific detector antibodies (HT7, 3D6).
