REAGENTS/MATERIAL:
The antibodies used in this study are:
rabbit anti-TDP-43 raised against amino acids 1 through 260 of recombinant TDP-43 (Proteintech Group Inc, Chicago, Illinois); monoclonal mouse anti-TDP-43 (2E2-D3) specific for amino acids 205 through 255 (Abnova, Taipei City, Taiwan).
Polyclonal rabbit antisera were raised against N-terminus amino acids 6 through 24 or against C-terminus amino acids 396 through 414 of TDP-43
