mouse monoclonal anti-Trx-1 (3A1) (Lab Frontier), rabbit anti-Thioredoxin reductase 1 (Upstate), anti-FLAG, mouse monoclonal anti-actin (Sigma Aldrich), and an antibody that specifically recognizes the sulfinic and sulfonic acid derivatives (Prx-SO_2–3) of Prx1, Prx2, and Prx3.
