monoclonal antibody 6E10 (Signet, 1:500) was used to detect Amyloid-beta peptide,
polyclonal GFAP (Sigma, 1:400) was used to detect activated astrocytes, Isolectin B4 (Vector Laboratories, 2 mg/ml) was used to detect microglia.
