	These reports all seem very interesting and important provided that amyloid has a primary and not a secondary role in neurodegeneration or even the reverse, a protective role. If so, could that explain the negative effect of active and now also of passive immunisation as reported by the John Trojanowski group? Alzforum is a truly great asset!
