Nice try; but is it in package form and availible over the counter? Bugs are close relatives but without applicable results it's just another nice direction without building blocks.

REAGENTS/MATERIAL:

UAS-sni and UAS-TrxR1A flies were generated and elav-GAL4 and actin-GAL4 fly lines were obtained from the Bloomington Drosophlia Stock Center.

Western blots were probed with polyclonal anti-DNP (Molecular Probes, 1:10000) and horseradish peroxidase-conjugated doneky anti-rabbit IgG (Amersham, 1:3000). TUNEL staining performed with the immunotech MEB-STAIN apoptosis kit II.
