	I recommend this paper This is a very interesting finding in line with our publicaion. We have published already our finding on trace metal increase in moderately affected AD brain compared to control. In particular, we found that Zn was higher than other elements Si, Cu, Mg, Ca, Fe, Al , Fe, etc. However Fe, & Al was extremely elevated only in severe AD. REAGENTS/MATERIAL:

Rat embryonic neurons were identified by staining with anti-MAP2 (1:100; Sigma) or anti-NeuN (1:100; Chemicon). Immunoblots were probed with primary anti-phospho-(Thr 180/Tyr 182)-p38 rabbit polyclonal antibodies (1:1000, Cell Signaling). The blots were stripped and reprobed with anti-p38 antibodies (1:1000, Cell Signaling) to assess the total p38.
