	I recommend this paper This publication supports the notion that peri-vascular drainage is an essential and important pathway of clearing Aβ from the brain, as expressed in my recent comment on this site (See news, "Aβ, Shifty Drifter? Tissue Grafting Sheds Light on Plaque Formation.") Most fortunately, the CAA is faithfully recapitulated in the APP[V717I] transgenic mice (Van Dorpe et al, 2000) allowing in-depth study of the mechanisms involved and factors affecting.
