	I recommend this paper As a clinician, I would suggest for early intervention with AChE inhibitors in MCI stage to prolong the compensatory process before clinical manifestation of AD. I have a question: is there a relationship of increased mio-inositol and cholinergic activity in MCI? If so, could MI be a marker of MCI which will be develop to AD? How do we explain this phenomena?
