	I recommend this paper "The mechanism for tauopathy must be elucidated and accumulated from multiple attacks. REAGENTS/MATERIAL:

A Drosophila model of tau disorders that mimic the human adult disorder, that is, have adult onset, neurodegeneration, abnormal tau, and early death was used in this study.

Phosphorlyation specific antibodies were used to detect abnormal tau: Monoclonal antibodies Alz50 and MC1, and 12E8, AT8, AT100 and AT180.

FUTURE DIRECTION:
Whether the mechanisms of toxicity is conserved between flies and humans, and that neurofilaments are not required for proper recapitulation of tauopathy mechanisms.
