REAGENTS/MATERIAL:

Transgenic APP2576 mice were used for this study.

Western blots of mouse brains were probed with anti-amyloid-beta WO2 and 22C11 (Boheringer/Roche); monoclonal anti-Synaptophysin SY38(Boheringer/Roche).

Immunostaining used monoclonal anti-1E8 and anti-GFAP (Dako).
