REAGENTS/MATERIAL:

The monoclonal antibodies WO2, 5 µg/ml (for the precipitation of all Amyloid peptides regardless of the specific C-terminus), G2-10, 12.5 µg/ml (specific for Amyloid ending at residue 40), and G2-11, 17.3 µg/ml (specific for Amyloid ending at residue 42) were used for Western blot.
