	I recommend this paper In addition to the novel and important findings that APP expression co-varies with stem cell markers, and that its expression can be epigenetically regulated, Venkataramani and colleagues describe their novel strategy for discerning a potential function of APP in human pluripotent stem cells. 	I recommend this paper Venkataramani and colleagues add to the growing literature regarding the role of APP in mediating stem cell fate as recently reported by Porayette et al., 2009, and Freude et al., 2011. View all comments by Craig Atwood
