REAGENTS/MATERIAL:
Antibodies and reagents: In our experiments, we used antibodies to SOD1
(sheep PC077, the Binding Site;
sheep 574597, Calbiochem;
mouse SDG6 clone, Sigma Aldrich),
mutant SOD1 (C4F6 and A9G3,
Urushitani et al., 2007),
monoclonal mouse anti-KHC (H2)
(Morfini et al., 2009),
monoclonal rabbit anti-phospho-p38 MAPK (Cell Signaling #9215),
mouse anti-phospho-ERK (Santa Cruz) and
goat anti-phospho-GSK3 (Santa Cruz).
Secondary antibodies included horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated rabbit antibody to sheep IgG (Upstate, 12-342) and HRP-conjugated rabbit antibody to mouse IgG (Sigma, A9044).
