monoclonal mouse anti-PrPC (6D11) (gift of Richard J Kascsak and Regina B Kascsak), ELISA, IH, ;
monoclonal mouse anti-Amyloidβ (6E10) (Signet Covance, Princeton, New Jersey), ELISA, IH, that recognizes Aβ and immunolabels both pre-amyloid and Aβ plaques;
monoclonal mouse anti-Amyloidβ (4G8) (Signet Covance), IH;
monoclonal mouse anti-synaptophysin (SY38) (Millipore, Billerica, MA), IH;
rabbit anti-Aβ40 (R162) (Dr. Pankaj Metha, New York State Institute for Basic Research, Staten Island, New York), ELISA;
and rabbit anti-Aβ42 (R165) (Dr. Pankaj Metha), ELISA;
rabbit anti-Aβ soluble oligomers (A11) (Biosource Invitrogen, Camarillo, CA), WB.
Aggregated Aβ levels were determined using an Aggregated Aβ kit which uses a solid phase sandwich ELISA (Invitrogen).
