mouse anti-MAP1 LC3 (2G6) (nanoTools, Teningen, Germany),
rabbit anti-MAP1 LC3 (Cell Signaling, Danvers, MA, U.S.A.),
rabbit anti-EEA1 (Cell Signaling),
rabbit anti-CI-MPR (Abcam, Cambridge, U.K.),
mouse anti-LAMP-1 (anti-mouse, Abcam),
mouse anti-P70S6 kinase phospho-Thr389 (Cell Signaling),
rabbit anti-total P70S6 kinase (Cell Signaling) and
rabbit anti-NPC1 (Novus Biologicals, Littleton, CO, U.S.A.).
Murine Aβ Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Assay: Capture antibodies (C-terminal specific antibodies for Aβ40
and Aβ42, JRF/cAβ40/10 and JRF/cAb42/26, (Centocor, PA, U.S.A.) were used and a
HRP-conjugated detection antibody JRF/rAb/2 (Centocor) that recognizes amino acids 1-17 of Aβ was used.
