	This is an interesting paper as it indicates the progression of Ab deposition which seems to start in the parahippocampal gyrus. Interestingly,the first neuritic plaques do not appear in the region that Ab is first deposited suggesting that additional (unknown) factors promote formation of neuritic pathology.
