The successful applicant will become a key member of a small, focused team working on the development of new, highly sensitive immunoassays for the detection of various forms of tau.
The successful applicant will be exposed to a wide range of additional techniques and will interact on a daily basis with the PI and a diverse and active group of molecular scientists interested in neurodegeneration.

Applicants must have substantial hands-on experience in the development and use of immunoassays. Experience generating and characterizing monoclonal antibodies is also important. Familiarity with the tau protein, mass spectrometry and/or antibody engineering would be an advantage. A strong work ethic is essential.
