  • The Alzheimer's Association
    The Alzheimer's Association provides reliable information and a broad range of programs and services for people with the disease, families, caregivers, residential care staff and health professionals. The Association's nationwide network includes the national office in Chicago, the public policy office in Washington, D.C., and 81 chapters and 300 local points of service across the country. In addition, the Alzheimer's Association Green-Field Library, the nation's largest library and resource center devoted to Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, provides reference and research services, reading lists and video guides. As the largest private, nonprofit funder of Alzheimer research, the Association has awarded over $165 million to more than 1,300 scientific investigations into the causes, treatment, prevention and care of Alzheimer's disease.
