Hello,

My name is Samantha Juraschka and I am a recent graduate of Bishop’s University and working with a Health Tech company called MobiCare. I am currently seeking participants for a pilot study. The primary focus of this pilot is for caregivers to interact with a technological solution for the three major pain points which include; coordinating tasks among a family network, managing medications and tracking symptoms. We also want to explore how caregivers can influence coping strategies amongst each other, and start to develop a database of possible solutions for caregivers that desperately seeking answers.

To be eligible to participate in this study, you must:
1. be a current or former primary caregiver of a family member living with Alzheimer's disease;
2. have access to Internet or smartphone.

Participation in this study will consist of a brief telephone interview and online demographic survey each are estimated to take 15 minutes. The interviews may be arranged in person or over the telephone/Skype.
