Prime Genomics is a bioinformatics company using a new way of interpreting microarray data that has relevance to a number of important conditions related to aging, including Alzheimer's and COPD. Using our methods, gene expression data from an entire microarray is reduced to one informative number. We are looking for collaborators in academia or industry to help advance our current studies indicating markers relevant to early detection and severity of AD. If interested, feel free to contact for more details.
