Hi: Can anyone recommend a good antibody for western that can detect the APPCTF beta (substrate or BACE) and less importantly APPCTF alpha( substrate f or alpha secretase. I tried using sigma's a8717 but not getting good results.

hi, I have used the same antibody from and could detect CTFs!! You can try 6E10 antibody from Covance..
