Seeking Collaborators for FAD Cell Lines—Posted 31 October 2006
To validate our recent studies of FAD mutations in presenilins and ER Ca signaling (Tu et al., 2006), we would like to perform experiments with fibroblasts from human PS1 and PS2 FAD patients. The only cells we could get from Coriell are PS1-A246E, but we would like to test more FAD mutants. If you are interested in collaborating with us on these studies, please provide us with samples of human PS1 and PS2 FAD fibroblasts.
