Hello,
My name is Samantha Juraschka and I am a recent graduate of Bishop’s University and working with a Health Tech company called MobiCare. I am currently seeking participants for a pilot study. The primary focus of this pilot is for caregivers to interact with a technological solution for the three major pain points which include; coordinating tasks among a family network, managing medications and tracking symptoms. We also want to explore how caregivers can influence coping strategies amongst each other, and start to develop a database of possible solutions for caregivers that desperately seeking answers. To be eligible to participate in this study, you must: 1. be a current or former primary caregiver of a family member living with Alzheimer's disease; 2. have access to Internet or smartphone. Participation in this study will consist of a brief telephone interview and online demographic survey each are estimated to take 15 minutes. The interviews may be arranged in person or over the telephone/Skype. If you are interested in participating in this study, please contact me at sam@mobiCarehealth.com or fill out the application form at: http://mobicarehealth.wufoo.com/forms/mobicare-pilot-registration/ If you know of someone who would qualify for and might be interested in this study, please feel free to forward this information. Thank you for your time and help. Sincerely, Samantha Juraschka, B.B.A. COO MobiCare Health |
