Having been principal investigator in about 200 mainly Phase 1-2 studies, I have some new ideas for a Web-based study in Alzheimer's that would really minimize costs. It could be a model design for lifestyle investigations where there are no commercial funds, but I want to use it for a filtrate of colostrum that has been successful in its first proof-of-principle study. Coming from milk, it is manifestly safe and compatible with existing therapies. It is readily available for about $1 a day. It is tragic that it is not being investigated further due to lack of funds. I  need help from a statistician and people who could help set up and run a database. I hope to obtain funds to cover costs but little more. All comments and questions welcome.

I am from a small biotech company based in the UK working in neurodegeneration, specifically looking at thetauopathies. We are developing a series of tau hyperphosphorylationinhibitors. We have data from target and cell assays and are nowlooking at progressing our lead compound to suitable animal models. I am the Hobart Community Health Social Worker, Department of Health and Human Services, Tasmania, Australia. I am currently running a cognitive stimulation group programme with co-facilitators from Alzheimer's Australia and the University of Tasmania. The programme is for participants who have MCI or a family history of dementia, but are not demented. I would like to communicate with anyone who is involved in community preventative programmes.
